Description
7/20/26 – This is a nice Colt Model 1909 revolver issued to the US Army in 1911. All matching with the proper early Colt “surfboard” logo and “United States Property” marking. “RAC” and “FB” military markings. The gun has what we believe to be an old re-blued finish. There is general high edge/muzzle wear, a few small dots of oxidation here and there, and some areas of pin-pricking under the bluing (most noticeable on the left side of the frame). Nice period-correct wood grips. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some spotty surface oxidation here and there.
