Description
3/12/26 – This is an excellent example of an early Colt Officers Model Target revolver from 1912. It is all matching, has the proper early “surfboard” Colt logo, and has a 7.5″ barrel. It comes with a period-correct box (the lid has torn away, and the numbering is scrubbed) and a Colt Factory Letter. According to the letter, it was shipped to Schbacher Hardware Company in Seattle, Washington on April 12, 1912. The gun has retained about 95% of its original high polish bluing with muzzle wear, general high edge wear, and some light surface scratching here and there. Fitted with very nice hand-checkered wood grips. Mint bore.
