Description
8/18/25 – For sale is a Springfield Model 1863 rifle made in 1863. The rifle is in good condition with the metal worn to a patina and oxidized finish. The stock has numerous repairs on the wrist. The stock looks like it had broken at one point at the wrist. It was put back together, and large screws are visible to hold it together. The screws were sealed with epoxy. The bore is in great shape, with most of the rifling being shiny and sharp. Comes with an original bayonet.
