2/17/25 – For sale is a Colt Model 1911 made in 1918 that comes with an original holster and lanyard loop. The pistol retains a good bit of its original polished blue finish with patches of finish loss from wear. The front of the frame has wear from holster use. The front of the grip has some patina and wear from being used. The bore is bright with great rifling. The grips are in great shape with some handling wear but no cracks or breaks. The pistol comes with a holster stamped “Rock Island Arsenal 1919” on the back. The holster is well worn but structurally sound. There are tears on the flap on the crease above the “US” logo and should be handled with care. Also comes with a lanyard for the pistol.
