07/17/2024 – For sale is a M1 Garand made by Springfield Arsenal in 1942. The overall condition is great on the rifle but the stock was heavily sanded. The metal still has a nice parkerized finish. The rifle was rebarreled sometime after the war made in 1951. The bore is bright but fully frosted and a little darker towards the muzzle. The muzzle erosion rates a 6 and the throat erosion a 3.
