2/20/25 – This is a great example of a framed WW2 German War Merit Cross Second Class paperwork. This paper work is in great condition with only minor signs of age. This paperwork includes a facsimile (autopen) signature of both Adolf Hitler as well as Dr. Otto Meissner, who was the Head of the Office of the President of Germany. Meissner held this position under Friedrich Ebert, Paul von Hindenburg and Adolf Hitler. This particular paperwork is for a Johannes Obermeyer who was a Reichsbahn Inspector.
