Description
10/17/25 – This is a Colt Model 1917 issued to the US Army in 1919. It is all matching, “United States Property” marked, and has the proper military acceptance proofs. “60856” government control number on the butt of the frame. The gun has lost most of its bluing with obvious finish loss throughout and some areas of light brown patina. The bore has great rifling, but there is some minor frosting in the grooves. Fitted with real antler grips. The lanyard loop on the butt of the frame is missing. Comes with a modern tan leather holster that fits the gun well.
