Description
07/10/26 – For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made in 1942. The rifle had been rebuilt after the war and is fitted with a 1952 dated barrel. The stock shows its age and wear. The left side of the stamp is marked SA/EMcF and a small ordnance wheel. The forward handguard is a replacement. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling, but there’s oxidation and wear at the muzzle. The muzzle erosion rating is 5, and throat erosion is 8.5.
