06/06/2024 – For sale is a nice 1911A1 made by Remington Rand in 1944. This pistol has an overall rating of 97%. There are some spots of finish loss on the right side of the frame. The slide and frame have been mated together (both Remington Rand) as there is a very slight tone difference to the finish. The bore is bright with good rifling but there are some carbon streaks that should be able to be cleaned out easily. The barrel is stamped HS on the side of the lug.
