9/27/24 – This is a beautiful example of a Remington Rand 1911A1 from 1945. Military inspection stamp on frame with ‘P’ on frame and slide. Original HS barrel. It has retained nearly all of its original parkerized finish with just some very light surface scratches and scuffs here and there and a hint of freckling on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct plastic grips and comes with one proper “S” marked magazine. Mint bore. The hold-open doesn’t work automatically with this magazine.
