Description
9/6/24 – This is a nice example of a Colt Government Model 1911 sold in the commercial market in 1916. It has a replacement barrel – it has been buffed around the ejection port. The gun has retained roughly 75% of its original high polish Colt bluing with general high edge wear and significant finish loss on the grip straps. Some scratches on the left side of the gun. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips and comes with a two-tone magazine. Mint bore.
