Description
1/30/25 – This is a nice example of an early Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in July of 1931. It is mostly matching, but the cocking knob is mismatched. It comes as a rig with a period-correct leather holster, cleaning rod, and a mismatched but period-correct magazine. The gun shows very little actual finish loss, but there are spots of patina and some areas of noticeable pitting throughout. Fitted with period-correct wood grips – the pencil hand-numbering has worn away. The bore is mostly shiny with good rifling, but there is some light freckling.
