3/27/25 – This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. All matching with the proper police “Eagle C” marking on the left side of the trigger guard. This is an early variation with a high polish finish. Its bluing rates about 90%. The majority of the wear is one the back strap, but there is also wear around the muzzle, and a couple of spots of wear on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Mint bore. It comes as a rig with two Sauer-marked magazines (one has a zinc base) and a really nice 1941-dated police-marked holster.
