3/31/25 – This is an original, WW2 production German LP42 Flare Pistol. The finish on this flare pistol is zinc. The flare pistol is in very nice condition overall, but there is noticeable corrosion in the metal throughout. It is maker stamped “WA” and serialized “163199”. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips. The bore shows some mild corrosion throughout. It comes as a rig with an excellent pigskin holster and cleaning rod.
