Description
1/23/26 – This is an excellent example of a rare Walther Mod HP delivered to Sweden in about 1940. This one is part of the first contract, one of only about 1,000. It has the proper features, such as a square firing pin and an “H” serial prefix. These pistols were delivered from Walther to the Swedish Army via Widforss. It comes as a rig with a numbered but mismatched Walther magazine, an “Eagle 135” marked Mauser magazine, and a minty brown leather Swedish holster with a clear “Widforss Stockholm” ink stamp. The gun’s original high polish finish rates about 97% with just very minor high edge/muzzle wear and some tiny surface scratches on the slide. Fitted with the correct checkered black bakelite grips. Mint bore.
