2/26/24 – This is a Walther PP designated for the Reichs Finanz Verwaltung. It is marked “R.F.V. 10170 W” on the front strap. This Third Reich department was in charge of the borders as well as government financial matters – much like our own IRS and border police. This one has retained about 92% of its original finish. There is wear around the muzzle, areas of wear and light oxidation on both sides of the gun, and some minor dulling on the grip straps. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with a finger extension magazine. Minty bore.
