8/23/24 – This is a nice example of a DWM Luger originally issued to the Imperial German Army in 1914. It is mismatched, and the barrel has been replaced with a postwar commercial Artillery-length barrel.The original receiver has the milled area for an adjustable sight, so it was originally an Artillery Luger receiver.There are Imperial proofs on the right side of the slide, a “Crown N” marking on the left side of the slide, and “Germany” export markings on the rails of the frame. It has retained about 90% of its finish with spotty wear on the grip straps, muzzle wear, high edge wear, and some light scratches and handling marks here and there. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips (the two are slightly different colors) and comes with a mismatched magazine. Minty bore.
