5/2/23 – This is an original 1916 dated Luger holster from WW1. The holster is in great overall condition, but the front closure strap has been replaced. This is a professional-looking replacement with both the leather and stitching looking aged and period correct with matching colors to the original components elsewhere on the holster. The leather is soft and pliable with mild surface wrinkling and scuffing on the front leather, mostly near the toe. Maker stamped and date stamped on the interior lid, as shown. The leather has normal pliability and all stitching is tight and intact.
