5/29/25 – This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1917. All correct with a proper “H P” Colt barrel. The gun has an old re-blued finish. While there isn’t a ton of actual bluing loss, there is noticeable brown patina throughout. Fitted with reproduction wood grips and comes with a period-correct two-tone magazine with lanyard loop. The bore has great rifling with just very light pin-pricking throughout.
