Description
11/6/20 – This is an original 1917 US trench fighting knife with an original sheath. The sheath is fairly scarce and all original with metal fixtures in tact. The leather has a few blemishes but is in tact as well. Maker stamped by Jewell and dated 1918. The hand guard of the knife is maker stamped by L.F.&C. and 1917 dated. Excellent wood handle has no cracks or chips. There’s some light surface wear on the blade, but most of the bluing is in tact. A very nice, collectible example.
