Description
2/15/24 – This is an original WW1 era production, 1918 dated leather rifle sling for a US rifle like the M1903. The sling has good condition leather, mild surface wrinkling, signs of natural aging, and some splitting in the adjustment holes. The stitching throughout the sling is completely intact and original. The sling has a maker, date, and inspector initial stamp. However, the maker’s stamp and inspector’s initials are not legible.
