06/10/2024 – For sale is a Gew 98 Mauser made by Mauser Oberndorf in 1918. The overall condition is 94%. The barrel retains a nice bluing but many of the other parts are worn. The receiver is still fairly in the white but has a layer of brown patina scattered throughout. The stock has been sanded fairly heavily. The rifle is matching but the action screws and cleaning rod are unnumbered. The bore is bright and frosted through with good rifling. There is a spot of oxidation present on the gith side of the barrel. The rifle comes with a sling.
