Description
02/03/26 – For sale is a Gewehr 98 made by Mauser Oberndorf in 1918 that was sent to the Ottoman Military during WW1. The rifle has been reworked by Turkey and has a dark bluing on the metal. There is light finish scratches and wear. The stock shows handling marks and has been lightly sanded. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. The rifle has mismatched numbers throughout. There is an “8mm” stamped on the left side of the barrel towards the muzzle.
