Description
11/20/25 – This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US Army in 1918. It is all correct with the proper “HP” Colt barrel. It comes as a rig with one proper two-tone magazine and a 1918 tan leather holster. The gun has retained somewhere between 80-85% of its original finish with honest wear and light spotty patina, concentrated mostly on the slide and on the grip straps. Fitted with period-correct wood grips – just some minor bruising. The bore has decent good rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
