Description
6/21/23 – This is an original US M1916 holster from WW1. The holster is in very good overall condition with some honest use wear and aging throughout the exterior leather. The leather holds shape nicely and has normal pliability. A few names / initials are lightly scratched into the front and back leather. The back toe of the holster has two added slits, likely for threading a leg strap. The back leather is “G.&K.” maker / inspector stamped and 1918 dated. The stitching is all tight and original.
