3/11/24 – This is a nice example of a Winchester Model 12 from 1918. It is in a riot configuration with a shorter 19 inch barrel. 14 inch LOP. Chambered in 12 GA. It is all matching and has retained about 90% of its original finish. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is noticeable brown patina under the finish and very light pin-pricking on all of the metal parts. Very nice wood furniture for its age – just light scratches and dings. The bore is in decent condition, but there are small spots of minor pitting throughout. Nice action.
