6/4/24 – This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s and chambered in .30 Luger. All matching with commercial “Crown N” proofs. “Germany” export marking on the frame. It has retained about 92-93% of its finish, with most finish loss concentrated to the side plate and side rails. While there isn’t much actual finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation and minor pitting on the grip straps and on the left side of the frame. Fitted with nice unnumbered wood grips. Comes with an unmarked wood bottom magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is frosting in the grooves.
