3/14/25 – This is a nice example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. Chambered in .30 Luger. It is matching and “Crown N” proofed. Its original finish rates roughly 80%. There is general high edge wear, but the majority of the wear is on the grip straps where there is also some brown patina. Fitted with plastic replacement grips. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is light surface oxidation and pin-pricking throughout. Comes with an aluminum base magazine labeled “Mexico”.
