5/1/26 – This is a Colt Woodsman, manufactured in 1931 and chambered in .22 LR. It comes with its original matching-numbered box, but it is in pieces. It also comes with its original matching-numbered test target (in two pieces) and a 1947-dated money order for an order for a new sear. The gun’s original high polish bluing rates roughly 80%. The vast majority of the finish loss is on the grip straps, but there is also muzzle wear, general high edge wear, and some tiny surface scratches here and there. Fitted with excellent checkered wood grips and comes with one proper magazine. Mint bore.
