Description
10/9/24 -This is an original 1939 dated Luger holster from WW2.The leather on this holster is in overall great condition and is still pliable and maintains a great deep dark brown finish. The Leather does have wear such as small abrasion marks and pressure marks, that are common with age. There is one cut in the leather near the magazine pouch but this cut is surface level, and does not go through the holster. The left belt loop does have a repair, the top stitching was repaired with modern thread. The back of the holster is maker marked ” Karl Barth Waldbrol” as well as waffen stamped “WaA145” and date stamped “1939”. All of these stamps are strong and still easily visible and legible. With the exception of the repair, the rest of the stitching is original and intact.
