6/13/25 – This is a nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. All numbered parts are matching, but we believe the top plate has been replaced. It has the proper “Eagle 359” military proofs throughout. We believe this gun has an old re-blued finish with noticeable finish loss on the front strap, general high edge wear, and some splotchy discoloration on the slide and barrel. Matching-numbered and waffen-proofed grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is some pin-pricking in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
