4/10/23 – This is a very nice example of a scarce Russian SVT-40.Made in 1940 at the Tula factory, it’s mismatched throughout but not a refurbished or import marked example. The receiver and magazine are ‘SA’ marked, indicating Finnish capture. General thinning of the finish, most noticeable along the barrel and on the dust cover. Spotty oxidation on the butt plate.Stock is in excellent condition but most likely sanded. Comes with cleaning rod. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
