5/21/24 – This is a very nice example of a Long Branch No 4 Mk 1 issued to the British military in 1942. It is matching and has the proper British proofs throughout. Import mark on the barrel. The finish on the metal rates somewhere between 85-90% with general high edge wear, thinning around the front barrel band, and some light brown patina here and there. Very nice wood furniture with minimal signs of wear. The bore has minor pitting throughout. Comes with a period-correct sling.
