2/27/25 – This is a good example of a 1942 dated Luger holster. The back of this holster is dated “42” with a “dtv” maker code and strong waffen eagle WaA219 military proof stamp. The holster is also P.08 stamped. The black leather has a little give and is somewhat pliable. The flap on this holster has two small holes, these were most likely caused from some type of uniform insignia being applied to the holster. This type of embellishment on holsters was very common amongst allied soldiers. Additionally the holster flap has the number “7520” stamped on it. The stitching is all in tact and in great shape. This holster is great for a black widow.
