Description
6/5/23 – This is a very nice example of a BYF 42 Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching with the proper “Eagle 135” military acceptance proofs. It comes as a rig with a very nice 1942-dated holster, an “Eagle 655” tool, and two original “black widow” magazines. The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the left side of the barrel. One small spot at the base of the front strap. Very light freckling on both grip straps. Areas of light oxidation on the side plate and on the front edge of the right side rail. Fitted with minty un-numbered but waffen-proofed grips. Mint bore.
