Description
11/3/23 – This is a very nice example of an Enfield No 4 Mk 1 made by Fazakerley in 1943. All matching with the proper British proofs throughout. The receiver is marked “FTR” for Factory Thorough Repair. The metal parts have retained somewhere between 85-90% of their finish – just minor chipping in the finish here and there. Excellent wood stock with a couple of small gouges on the right side of the butt stock. There is also a small wood repair on the top edge of the butt stock. Mint bore.
