2/26/25 – This is a very nice example of a BYF 43 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. All matching with the proper “Eagle 135” military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 93-94% of its original bluing with some thinning along the right side of the slide, some muzzle wear, and some areas of light spotty oxidation on the front strap and on the barrel. Fitted with black plastic Mauser grips – tiny marks and scratches on both sides. Comes with a “Eagle 135” Mauser magazine. The bore has great rifling with just minor freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
