10/10/23 – This is a nice Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in March of 1943. All matching the with proper “Eagle 88” military proofs throughout.This is a scarce example with four stamps on the right side of the slide, and the earliest documented example. The bluing rates roughly 85%. The majority of the finish loss is on the front strap, but there is also very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges of the slide. Some tiny scratches on both sides of the slide. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown bakelite grips and comes with an un-marked magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
