11/19/21 – This is a very nice Springfield Armory M1 Garand from 1943.Receiver and barrel date to June of 1943.Original Springfield parts throughout.Fairly clear inspectors cartouche visible on the stock.The metal finish is in very good condition throughout aside from the gas tube, which has most of the wear.Comes with original leather slide.Bore has good rifling but some frost throughout.Muzzle reading is a 3, throat is 1-2.Very nice stock with only a few dings on each side.
