9/13/24 – This is a nice example of an AC 43 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. All matching with the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs. It comes as a rig with a period-correct hard shell holster (modified belt loops) and two “Eagle 359” marked Walther magazines (one has post-factory numbering on the toe). The gun itself has retained about 91-92% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is on the front strap, where there is also light brown patina. Minor muzzle and high edge wear as well. Fitted with period-correct reddish bakelite grips. De-cocker is functional.
