5/9/25 – This is a very nice example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 manufactured at the end of WW2, in 1945. All matching with only one “Eagle 359” proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it didn’t make it out of the factory before the end of the war. It is very uncommon to find all matching guns like this in the “c” serial block. It has the proper features for this end-of-war variation, such as phosphate small parts and cog-style hammer. It has retained about 92-93% of its original finish with just very minor muzzle and high edge wear and some thinning with light pitting on the front strap. Fitted with black plastic grips and comes with a rare late-war “U” marked, “Eagle 359” proofed Walther magazine. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
