7/7/25 – For sale is a Ruger Old Model Single Six chambered in .22LR and made in 1955. This revolver has early features like the flat loading gate which was replaced with a Colt-style rounded gate. The frame has the earlier 3 screw arrangement. It retains an aged blue finish with a slide fading from ware. There is light speckling of old oxidation on the cylinder. The barrel shows a hint of browning from patina and some dotting of oxidation. The muzzle shows finish wear. The grips are in great shape without any cracks. Bore is bright with strong rifling.
