7/23/21 -This is a nice example of an Ishapore 2A1 rifle that was made in 1968 for the Indian Armed Forces.It’s a variant of the Lee-Enfield design and chambered for 7.62x51mm.The rifle is original with matching bolt, stock, receiver and bayonet lug.There’s thinning on the receiver and high edges in general but no areas of major finish loss.Strong, shiny bore.Very nice stock with standard handling wear but no major defects.Import mark on receiver.
