11/7/25 – This is a minty, original Smith & Wesson K-38 Masterpiece in its original matching-numbered box. Manufactured in 1950, chambered in .38 Special, and has a 6 inch barrel. It is all matching and has retained about 98% of its original high polish blued finish. There is just a hint of muzzle wear and the slightest hints of high edge wear on the cylinder. Excellent case-hardening on the hammer and trigger. Fitted with excellent hand-checkered Walnut grips. Like-new bore. Also comes with its original wrapping paper and cleaning rod.
