5/20/25 – For sale is an Arisaka Type 44 Carbine made by Tokyo Arsenal. The carbine is well worn with the metal retaining some of its aged blued finish. Theres plenty of patina throughout with oxidation freckling. The Imperial mum has been ground. The stock shows plenty of wear and age. There is a surface level crack that’s sealed and not down into the stock. The bore retains some of its rifling but is well worn. There is a hint of brightness on the lands when shining a light. The rifle is mismatched throughout both assembly and serial .
