Description
4/26/24 – This is a nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching and has a fully intact Imperial mum stamp on the receiver. The metal parts have retained roughly 75% of their finish with obvious finish loss and spotty oxidation throughout. The oxidation is heaviest on the butt plate. The wood is in above-average condition. The bore has good rifling, but there is obvious spotty oxidation throughout.
