Description
10/3/23 – This is a very nice Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching, but the Imperial mum stamp on the receiver has been ground. Comes with a muzzle cap and a reproduction leather sling. The bluing on the metal rates roughly 70% with general thinning and light brown patina throughout. Some pin-pricking on the receiver. Excellent wood furniture, but it appears to have been lightly sanded and lacquered. Mint bore.
