3/2/22 – This is a beautifully restored Army Colt 1911 from 1918.The restoration work is well-done, and does a nice approximation of the correct “Black Army” color.The pistol has no bluing loss as a result, and a post-war barrel was installed.Beautiful, sharply checkered replacement grips.Two-tone magazine, though this also appears restored.Frame is UNITED STATES PROPERTY marked on the right, and E/S6 on frame.
