5/21/25 – This is a beautiful example of a DWM Navy Luger issued to the Imperial German Navy in 1916. All matching with the proper “Crown M” navy proofs. The gun has been professionally restored and refinished, and the bluing is great. Fitted with minty un-numbered wood grips. The gun comes in a gorgeous green felt-lined, double-layered wood presentation case that has a brass plate on the inside that reads “The Trench Case, LP08 (Lange Pistole) Artillery Luger, 1914-1918). The assembly also comes with two magazines (one is numbered and matching but it is a reproduction), a wood shoulder stock (repro), snail drum magazine with leather cover (both repro), magazine loader (repro), cleaning rod (repro), Luger tool (un-marked), snail drum magazine dust cover (appears to be period-correct), two brass oiler bottles, and a box of vintage Peters ammo. Everything displays really nicely in the case.
