6/19/25 – This is a beautiful example of a rare Nazi Mauser P.38 with ‘svw 45’ slide code, indicating it was made at the French Mauser factory but issued and accepted into the German military. There were only ~7,800 of this variation produced with dual-tone finish. This one is in terrific condition with only hints of high edge wear. The slide shows standard discoloration as the finish on these could be “splotchy”. All matching. Excellent black plastic grips. Comes with a Waffen 135-proofed Mauser magazine. The bore has great rifling with just some light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
